If you purchased the Business Package, your Website Spec Form is located just below.
Use this portal to create, edit, or update your UltraLyfe website or professional profile — this is the foundation of your virtual practice and how future clients will find and trust you.
Follow the steps below to get your professional website launched. You’ll submit your information, upload visuals, and (optionally) schedule a 1-on-1 call to finalize your site.
✅ Prep Checklist Before You Begin
Have you reviewed and chosen your package offerings? If not, check the Package Formation Module.
Do you want a designed logo from us or will you create one yourself (see next section)?
Have you set up your calendar scheduling link?
Is your payment processor set up (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)?
Do you know your brand color scheme?
📝 Step 1: Website Specs Form
Complete the Website Specs Form to provide the core information about your practice, services, and preferences. This is the first step toward creating your custom website.
Important: The form does not auto-save. Be prepared to complete it fully in one sitting, or draft your answers in a separate document before submitting.
📸 Step 2: Submit Your Photos & Branding
Send us any professional images, headshots, logos, or visuals you'd like included on your website. Email your files to jc@myultralyfe.com so we can incorporate them into your design.
📞 Step 3 (Optional): Book a Website Review Call
If you'd like extra guidance, you can schedule a design review call with our team. We'll go over your details, finalize color schemes, and lock in the look and layout of your site.
🎨 Want to Create Your Own Logo?
If you’d prefer to make your own logo, we recommend using Design.com — a user-friendly site that gives you many logo options to choose from.
Once your logo is created, download the following versions:
Logo by itself (transparent PNG and non-transparent)
Logo with wording (transparent PNG and non-transparent)
Wording only (transparent PNG and non-transparent)
Email all versions to jc@myultralyfe.com once ready.
