I believe nature provides everything we need to live healthy, happy, and well-balanced lives. I develop personalized nutrition recommendations, guiding each individual as they take a proactive role in their journey toward lasting and fulfilling lifestyle transformation. Prior to my own health and wellness journey, I spent over 20 years in corporate finance, a high-stress, high-anxiety field that contributed to poor eating habits and took a toll on my own health. I draw upon my own experience in tandem with my knowledge to incorporate empathy and compassion as I work with my clients to develop the nutrition plan that works for them, one step at a time.  I run a virtual private practice specializing in personalized nutrition that promotes healthy weight loss and weight management in tandem with anti-inflammatory dietary meal plans that support gut and digestive health.

The remainder of my client's are typically mid 40-60's that are going through natural changes in metabolism that result in weight gain, reduced muscle mass and the potential greater chronic diseases who seek my advice for alternative ways to better manage their health through dietary changes and lifestyle modifications to either correct and/or prevent chronic illness from getting worse.
