  • Repeat this exercise section each day for 5 days.

    1) Which social media platforms were used for today(all the platforms used and total number of minutes/hours).

    2) Assess those minutes/hours and see if they were actually benefiting your life, compulsive, or actively negatively impacting you.

    3) See where we can free up some time for other things you want to accomplish.

  • Reflect & analyze on what you accomplished today by writing down your answers to the questions listed below each day. Keep in mind some questions might be pre-exercise

    1 - The total number of minutes/hours you were on social media for today?

    2 - Percentage, adding up to 100%, of total time spent on social media was 1) benefitting your life - 2) compulsive - 3) negatively impacting today?

    3 - Were there any benefits of using social media today, list them out?

    4 - Can you see any patterns of how this effects your thoughts, mood, energy level and more each day?

    5 - In the total time spent on social media today, what could you fill that time with instead, that would benefit you?

Level 1 - Social Media

  • Repeat this exercise section each day for 5 days.

    1) Create a list of all the consumption avenues in your life. (TV, Books, Tik Tok, etc).

    2) Create a second list of all the creation outlets in your life (writing/playing music, drawing/painting, writing a blog, etc).

    3) Aim for whatever balance means to you so far. We talk about ratios next level.

  • Reflect & analyze on what you accomplished today by writing down your answers to the questions listed below each day. Keep in mind some questions might be pre-exercise

    1 - List of what you consumed today?

    2 - List of what you created today?

    3 - Do you think today was balanced or unbalanced?

    4 - Did you notice any patterns from today about how your thoughts, mood, energy level or anything else is effected from a balanced vs unbalanced day?

    Level 2 - Learning how to balance the brain with input(consumption) and output(creation). With unbalance it can cause growth to plateau, feelings of unfulfillment and depression. Implementing techniques to combat unbalance and create a stable brain of balanced input and output.

Level 2 - Create vs Consumption

  • Repeat this exercise section each day for 5 days.

    1) Either use the list of creativity from last lesson, or create a new list of activities that truly bring you joy.

    2) We're aiming for 80% of your total activities to be work, and 20% worth of play/creation.

    Schedule the creative/play time into your calendar!

  • Reflect & analyze on what you accomplished today by writing down your answers to the questions listed below each day. Keep in mind some questions might be pre-exercise

    1 - List the activities of play/creation you did for today?

    2 - List the activities considered work you did for today?

    3 - Did you accomplish a balance of 80/20 or close to it today ?

    4 - Do you feel better or worse when accomplishing that balance?

    5 - Did you notice any patterns of how you feel, think, act and energy level if you 1) accomplish the 80/20 balance - 2) over/under 80 work - 3) over/under 20 play?

Level 3 - 80/20 of Time

  • Repeat this exercise section each day for 5 days.

    1) Start with 30 minutes today(progress up to whole hour by day 5) to work on something of your choice with zero distractions (no phone, no music, no anything distracting you at all).

  • Reflect & analyze on what you accomplished today by writing down your answers to the questions listed below each day. Keep in mind some questions might be pre-exercise

    1 - Was the deep work you completed today easy/hard?

    2 - How many times did you get distracted?

    3 - Did it benefit or hurt the quality of work you produced?

    4 - Can you see any patterns of how doing deep zero distraction work compared to distracted work is effecting the quality of your day(with friends, family time, recreation time, mood, energy level, and more)?

    Level 4 - Enhancing the way you direct focus and get into a deep focused state. Creating quality over quantity in the work and tasks you do while developing efficiency. Understanding how to become less distracted and more productive.

Level 4 - Deep Work

  • Repeat this exercise section each day for 5 days.

    1) Each day, list 3 things you want or dream of having or doing in life.

    2) Stress test each thing by repeatedly asking why you want it.

    Then continue to stress test by asking why to that answer.

    3) Notice which wants/needs survive the stress test, and which don't.

  • Reflect & analyze on what you accomplished today by writing down your answers to the questions listed below each day. Keep in mind some questions might be pre-exercise

    1 - List out what 3 things you want or dream of having or doing in your life?

    2 - How many "why's" did you get through for each of the 3 things. What is the total number for each?

    3 - Which wants/desires are yours, or someone else's that got embedded in you for each thing you listed?

    4 - Do you have more/less clarity of what you want for each thing listed?

    5 - Which things are worth, the pursuit / not worth the pursuit, to accomplish now that you questioned it?

    Level 5 - Becoming self aware of your own true wants and desires in life. Learning how to question your wants and desires to to see if they worth the pursuit or not. Using a special technique to stress test our desires to see if it's something we truly want or if it was embedded within us by someone or something else, and isn't really what we want.
