⚡ Early Client Engine (Part 2)
How to run the Reset Session + where to pull clients from immediately.
4) The Reset Session Structure (How It Converts Without “Selling”)
This session isn’t a “sales call.” It’s a structured evaluation + clarity reset. People naturally want help after they see a real plan. Your job is to guide the session, stay simple, and avoid over-coaching.
- You create relief: most people feel stuck and unheard — clarity feels like a breakthrough.
- You create focus: you narrow the problem from “my life is messy” to a few fixable drivers.
- You create a path: once the path is clear, they naturally want support implementing it.
- You stay in control: structure prevents rambling, dumping advice, or losing authority.
✅ What a great Reset Session feels like
- Safe: they don’t feel judged or “sold.”
- Clear: they understand what’s actually causing the problem.
- Simple: the plan feels doable, not overwhelming.
- Specific: it’s tailored to them, not generic tips.
- Ask great questions.
- Reflect their patterns back to them.
- Give a simple path forward.
- Offer implementation help (paid) only at the end.
- Use time checkpoints: “I’m going to ask 3 questions, then we’ll map the plan.”
- Interrupt with care: “I’m going to pause you—this part matters.”
- Summarize often: “Here’s what I’m hearing…” (keeps authority and momentum).
- Keep the promise: “We’ll end with a simple 3-step plan.” Always deliver it.
🚫 What to avoid (this kills conversions)
- Dumping too much advice (free coaching marathon).
- Talking about yourself too much.
- Using jargon (biohacking, macros, nervous system talk) too soon.
- Pitching packages early.
Give clarity for free. Sell implementation. Clarity = “here’s what’s happening.” Implementation = “I’ll guide you weekly so it actually sticks.”
- Don’t diagnose: you’re guiding habits + lifestyle support, not medical diagnosis.
- Don’t debate: if they push back, acknowledge and move forward calmly.
- Don’t “prove yourself”: confidence is quieter than over-explaining.
- Don’t extend the call: ending on time builds trust and professionalism.
Set the frame (safety + structure)
“Today is a Reset Session — we’ll identify what’s driving the issue, and I’ll give you a clear path forward. If you want help implementing it, I’ll explain options at the end.”
Find the real problem (not symptoms)
Ask: “What’s happening day-to-day?” then “What have you tried?” then “What’s still not working?” Your job is to find patterns (sleep, stress, food rhythm, movement consistency, environment).
Clarify impact (why it matters to them)
Ask: “If this doesn’t change, what does it cost you?” (energy, confidence, relationships, productivity, mood). This makes the problem feel real — without scaring them.
Create the simple path (3 moves max)
Give a plan with only three changes. Example: “We’ll stabilize sleep, simplify nutrition, and build a consistent weekly routine.”
Soft close (no pressure)
“Want to try this on your own, or do you want help implementing it weekly so it actually sticks?” Then: “If you want help, I’ll share the simplest option.”
Follow-up (where most coaches lose money)
Send a short recap + next step within 3 hours: “Here are the 3 moves we discussed. If you want help implementing, I can open 2 weekly spots.”
1) “What do you want to feel different in 30 days?”
2) “What’s making that hard right now?”
3) “What have you tried? What worked a little? What didn’t?”
4) “If nothing changes, what does that cost you?”
5) “What would make this feel easy and realistic?”
6) “Do you want to try this solo, or do you want weekly guidance so it sticks?”
“I’m going to reflect what I’m hearing so we don’t miss anything.”
“Let’s zoom out — when did this start, and what changed around that time?”
“That makes sense. Most people would feel the same.”
“Here’s the simplest plan that actually fits your life.”
“If you want help implementing it weekly, that’s what I do.”
- Frame → “Here’s what we’ll do today.”
- Discover → identify patterns + root drivers (not surface symptoms).
- Impact → connect the issue to their real life cost (time, confidence, energy).
- Plan → 3-step path + why it works.
- Choice → solo vs guided implementation (soft close).
- Follow-up → recap + next step (this is where money is made).
5) The 3 Fastest Client Sources (Pick ONE First)
This is where most coaches waste time. They try to do everything at once. UltraLyfe starts with one source because momentum comes from simplicity.
- They’re warm: trust exists already (network), or is borrowed (partners), or is earned fast (teams).
- They’re direct: you can get conversations this week, not “maybe in 6 months.”
- They’re simple: you don’t need perfect content or a big following.
- They build proof: early wins become testimonials that make content and ads work later.
1) Personal Network
Fastest for booking sessions this week. You already have trust. This is not “pitching friends” — it’s inviting them into a pilot.
2) One Local Partner
One gym, chiro, studio, salon, or wellness business can become a steady stream of warm intros. You provide value to their community first.
3) One Small Business Team
Small teams have stress + burnout and love “free value.” Owners say yes because it helps retention and morale. This is the quiet goldmine.
- If you want results fastest → start with personal network.
- If you want a repeatable flow → start with one local partner.
- If you want fewer, higher-value clients → start with one small business.
How to choose the right one first (no guesswork)
Pick the channel you can execute this week. The “best” channel is the one you will actually do.
- If you have 20+ warm contacts → Network is the fastest win.
- If you know 1–2 local owners → Partner strategy is your shortcut.
- If you can walk into businesses confidently → Small teams convert well.
- If you feel fear → start network first to build reps and confidence.
7-day execution plan (simple)
- Day 1: pick your problem theme + write your invite message.
- Day 2–3: outreach (network OR partner intro OR owner outreach).
- Day 4–6: run Reset Sessions (3–7 sessions).
- Day 7: follow-up + offer implementation help.
6) Personal Network Outreach (The “Pilot Invite” That Books Sessions)
This is the easiest win because you’re starting warm — and you’re not “selling coaching.” You’re offering a limited pilot to help people reset something they already care about.
- It’s personal: people respond to a direct message more than generic posts.
- It’s specific: you’re inviting them to something with a clear purpose (a Reset Session).
- It’s low-pressure: it’s an invite, not a pitch.
- It creates reps: messaging + calls build skill faster than content ever will early on.
✅ Who to message (simple)
- Friends who’ve mentioned stress, health, sleep, weight, anxiety, burnout
- Former coworkers (especially high-stress roles)
- Parents you know (energy + routines)
- People who already invest in wellness (gym, yoga, etc.)
- People who support you and want to see you win
- Message 20 people over 2–3 days
- Expect 6–10 replies
- Expect 3–7 sessions booked
- Do they have the problem you’re offering to reset?
- Would you actually enjoy supporting them?
- Are they generally respectful of your time?
- If they said “yes,” would this feel like a good first client?
🚫 Who NOT to message (for now)
- People who always debate or “need proof” for everything
- People who only want free advice
- People currently in crisis (not appropriate)
- People you don’t want as clients
You’re not “bothering” anyone. You’re offering a helpful reset. People can say no.
- Too long: wall-of-text messages lower reply rates.
- Too vague: “health coaching” is unclear — offer a specific Reset Session theme.
- Asking for too much: don’t ask them to “join a program” right away.
- No follow-up: most bookings come from the follow-up, not the first message.
“Hey [Name] — quick question. I’m running a small pilot helping people reset their energy / stress / routines. I’m offering a few free Reset Sessions this week to get feedback. Would you be open to one?”
“Totally fair — it’s simple. It’s 45 minutes. We figure out what’s making [problem] hard right now, and I give you a clear 3-step plan you can try. No pressure at all.”
“Hey [Name] — quick follow-up. I’m finalizing the last couple Reset Sessions this week. Want me to save you a spot, or should I skip you for now?”
- Touch 1: Initial invite (Script #1)
- Touch 2 (48 hrs): Follow-up (Script #3)
- Touch 3 (final): “All good — I’m closing sessions for this week. If you want one later, just tell me.”
“No worries at all — I’m closing out sessions for this week. If you want a Reset Session later, just reply ‘reset’ and I’ll send you options.”
- Reply: “Awesome — want to do 15 minutes this week or jump right into the full 45?”
- Give 2 time options (don’t ask open-ended “when are you free?”)
- Confirm: “Perfect. I’ll send a calendar invite + 2 quick questions.”
- “What do you want to feel different in the next 30 days?”
- “What’s the #1 thing making that hard right now?”
Outreach Tracker (Use this for 3 days)
If you do this seriously for 3 days, you will book sessions. Keep it simple and track it.
- ✅ Choose your problem theme (energy / stress / sleep / routines)
- ✅ Message 20 people using Script #1
- ✅ Follow up once using Script #3
- ✅ Book 5–10 Reset Sessions
- You are not asking for money. You’re offering value.
- You are not “bugging” people. You’re giving them a chance to improve something real.
- Every message is a rep. Reps build skill. Skill builds income.
