UltraLyfe acts as a bridge between Costco products, health and wellness, and the member experience—guiding customers to explore more of what Costco has to offer, while helping them make smarter, healthier, and more personalized shopping decisions along the way.
Program Description
UltraLyfe proposes setting up an in-store experience titled “Costco Bundles + Health Hub powered by UltraLyfe”—a dedicated station designed to help Costco members discover more of what Costco already offers.
Staffed by a trained two-person UltraLyfe team (operating 5–7 days a week, 8-hour shifts), the station will guide members through curated product bundles, offer shopping insights, and support product discovery through personalized recommendations.
The program is built around member experience and education, not upselling. Through this model, UltraLyfe connects Costco shoppers with a wide range of Costco items they may not typically explore—maximizing the value of each visit.
Costco members can enroll in an UltraLyfe Membership (monthly or annually) by entering a Costco member’s club number into our system. UltraLyfe will verify active membership status by using the member’s Costco Club Card number during enrollment. This unlocks access to exclusive bundles, personalized product support, and easy-to-follow shopping guides—all pointing back to existing Costco inventory.
1) Costco Customized Shopping Guide
Members fill out a online form specifying their health goals and preferences.
UltraLyfe coaches deliver a personalized Costco shopping guide with recommended products.
Guides help members optimize their shopping trips by selecting the best products for their needs.
Once per month can be utilized.
The Process
Members can request a new shopper’s guide through UltraLyfe’s platform or by scanning the QR code at the designated UltraLyfe station in Costco. The QR code directs them to a dedicated page to complete the intake form.
A certified UltraLyfe health coach will assess the member’s health goals and offer tailored product recommendations, outlining their benefits and potential impact on overall wellness.
UltraLyfe health coaches will be trained to ensure all vendors are included in recommendations while also providing guidance on balancing items that may not meet optimal health standards, ensuring every vendor has an opportunity for inclusion.
Once submitted, the shopper’s guide will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Additional guides requested more than once per month will incur a $17 fee.
2) Costco Product Support
On-demand product insights for health and wellness items available at Costco.
Guidance on food choices, dietary concerns, and supplement recommendations.
Advice on lifestyle-related purchases (e.g., furniture, appliances, kitchen essentials, clothing) to align with members' goals.
Support for making balanced health decisions, including when to indulge and how to counteract less healthy choices.
Available during work hours 7 days a week.
The Process
A member can request to speak with a health coach via text by visiting UltraLyfe’s platform, scanning the QR code on an informational flyer at the UltraLyfe station in Costco, or asking a representative on-site for assistance. The QR code will direct them to an online form to submit their inquiry.
Once the request is received, a certified health coach will connect with the member via text to provide support, answer questions about products and services, and address any health-related concerns.
Members can access text support once per month.
3) Free Health Assessment

Members complete an online health assessment form.
Certified UltraLyfe health coaches analyze responses and provide a customized health report.
One-on-one phone consultation to discuss findings and recommend Costco products, including food, supplements, personal care, furniture, kitchen appliances, and more.

Redeemed once every quarter.
Includes step-by-step micro-goals with Costco product recommendations that align with members’ objectives.
The Process
If a member is interested in a health assessment, they can access UltraLyfe’s platform to complete it online or visit the dedicated UltraLyfe station at Costco. There, they can scan the QR code on the informational flyer, which directs them to the online assessment, or ask an UltraLyfe representative on-site for assistance.
Once submitted, the assessment will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
Upon completion, the certified health coach who conducted the assessment will schedule a follow-up call with the member via text, phone, or email immediately after submission.
During the call, the health coach will review the results, provide guidance on achieving health goals, suggest tailored solutions, and, if the member wishes, offer ongoing coaching services for an additional fee based on session rates or package options.
Members can complete a health assessment once every three months.

The Process
During the initial onboarding process, we collect each new member’s email address.
All members receive a weekly general newsletter delivered to their email.
Members have the option to opt out at any time while maintaining their membership.
A curated newsletter, led by an UltraLyfe certified health coach, will feature Costco products aligned with the weekly health and wellness theme. All vendors will have the opportunity to be included, ensuring balanced representation. To maintain the integrity of health standards, items that may not fully meet optimal guidelines will be thoughtfully paired with complementary products to create a healthier combination.
5) Bundle Box Deals –
Costco Product Sampling for Members
UltraLyfe will curate exclusive Costco product bundle boxes available only to Costco members who purchase an UltraLyfe subscription.
Bundles will feature recommended Costco items designed to help members test products before committing to bulk purchases.
UltraLyfe will have an in-store rep selling these bundles at the dedicated table, ensuring exposure for Costco vendors.
Costco retains 100% of the revenue from bundle sales, with UltraLyfe facilitating engagement and education.
Providing new curations weekly or bi-weekly depending on Costco.
Survey found that 81% of consumers who try a product for the first time through a sample, went on to purchase that item.
78% of sampled consumers who purchased the product said the opportunity to try it prompted the purchase.
The Process
Members can find these bundle packages available at the UltraLyfe station in Costco. They can select a bundle of their choice and take the designated package to checkout, where the assigned barcode will correspond to one of the three bundle options.
UltraLyfe representatives will pre-pack and seal each bundle, ensuring all designated items are included. Each package will be labeled with a barcode for seamless checkout at Costco registers.
UltraLyfe reps will be on-site assembling and packaging the selected bundle items. They will only require assistance from Costco staff in retrieving the necessary products for pre-packing and replenishing inventory if supplies run low around the UltraLyfe station.
To streamline the process, all required bundle items should be placed on a nearby pallet or within close proximity to the UltraLyfe station for easy access. If supplies run low, we kindly request Costco staff to assist in restocking the needed items.
UltraLyfe, in collaboration with its certified health coaches, will curate bundled Costco items while ensuring all vendors have an opportunity for inclusion. For products that may not align with typical health guidelines, we will thoughtfully pair them with complementary items to create a more balanced and health-conscious combination.
